Vendor Category List and Descriptions
Farmer Farm products that can be sold at the market include vegetables, fruits, berries, herbs, nuts, flowers, honey, seafood, meat, poultry, eggs, dairy products and CSA memberships. We do ask that you refrain from selling transplants for the garden as we are holding our annual Plant Sale.
Ready to Eat Food and Beverages and Drinks All prepared food vendors must have appropriate Health Department certification. These permits must be displayed in public view during Market hours. All prepared food processor equipment/trailers must comply with Denver County Health Department regulations. The City of Denver is changing some regulations on hand washing stations. Please be sure to confirm updated regulations with the Department of Environmental Health.
Baked Goods and Other Food Items We accept value added items which are grown and/or made by the vendor such as baked goods, preserves, cheese, sausage, and smoked meats. All processed foods must be appropriately labeled with product name, ingredients, net weight, price, vendor’s name and address. We encourage sampling of your products to our patrons.
Healthy Living Products or services to enhance health, exercise, yoga, fitness, essential oils, etc.
Sustainability Products or services to live lightly, protect our plant, environmental responsibility, gardening, etc.
Education Educational workshops, seminars, books, products, sustainable living, organic, etc.
